Father's Day
For Father's Day the kids gave Todd a gift certificate for a nursery. Since we have moved in Todd has wanted to plant some trees, but because of one thing or another it has never happened. Todd was excited and when Avery and I went down for our midday nap Todd took Mason and went to the nursery to pick out his gift. There was a sale so Todd ended up getting 2 trees. Mason was so excited because he helped Todd pick them out. The planting was an adventure for both kids. There is no finished product picture here, but the process was fun and now there are 2 trees at the Shepard house.
