6 am Bilirubin Test

Cole's 6 am bilirubin test results was 11.6, which is wonderful because it means the bilirubin is stable. This score is still high and doesn't mean that we are out of the woods, but it does mean that the IVIG was effective. Because he is getting older and the score is stable then it is likely that the bilirubin levels are under control. The new plan is that they will take 1 bili light off of him and go with 2. I can also feed him for 30 minutes at a time, which is awesome because I love to hold him. Today Avery and Mason are coming to visit, but they won't be able to see Baby Cole. I am very excited to see them. Todd slept good last night but I am exhausted so after the kids visit and Cole's 10:30 am feeding I plan on crashing for a little while.
