Mason is such a big boy eating with his fork. This is sort of ironic because at Mason's 18 month appointment his pediatrician wanted to know if he was eating by himself with utensils. I told her he wasn't because I hadn't really given him the opportunity. When she probed further I had to admit it is because it is more of a mess for me to clean up. Since all of his other fine motor skills seem to be right on track, I figure that he could learn when he was 4 or 5 years old. What does mom know? Apparently, my little guy is way ahead of the game.
