Today Todd, Mason, and I went to go see my Dr. Ever since my first ultrasound the actual due date has been a bit of a mystery (March 11th or the 18th). She has been keeping me at March 18th and all along been willing to induce me at 39 weeks (March 11th). Myself being an optimist and not loving the last few weeks of pregnancy, I had decided that the baby would probably need to come out earlier more like March 4thish. Today during the ultrasound the Dr. and the ultrasound tech were discussing this and with the fluid level, 24.7 (normal is 20) and the baby's size, 70% Dr. Ehama is now thinking that we may need to get the ball rolling earlier than the 11th. She wants me to go in on the 5th for her finally decision. This is perfect timing for me.
Why I say that is the next few weeks are a bit hectic. This next week HearAid has a very big Oticon event planned and we have had such a good response we are scheduling into the week after as well. So, Renee and I will each work a full week to compensate for the load. This (Feb 18th) will be my last Wednesday clinic out of town until the baby comes. We go every Wed, but next week (Feb 25) I have to give a talk at the college, which I do this every semester for the nursing department. Also I have scheduled my comprehensive test to finish my doctoral degree for March 3rd. My dad is coming March 6th and will stay 2 weeks. So, there is a lot going on and I am just looking forward to the next few weeks to be over. Besides I am getting very excited to get our BABY!!!
