While The Cat Is Away The Mice Will Play

Carol and Randy came and stayed with the kids while we went on our trip. They were so busy and had tons of fun. Grandma had brought a surprise that the kids got to open every morning. They got some really cool things to wear and play with. What a very cool idea.

Here is Avery trying to get in the "surprise" bag

Mason with his surprise for the day

One of them was money. Mason loves putting money in his bank. Then he shakes the bank and says, "Look at all my money!"

Mason loves his Grandma. You might have noticed the steri strips above his left eye. The night before Todd and I left he was playing and fell hitting the hinge on the coat closet door. It opened up a wound that we thought might need stitches. When we took him to Dr. C he was able to put these strips on it and we didn't have to do stitches. Thank goodness for Dr. C. Mason told me that his boo boo was all better.

I love the way that Mason is looking at Grandma in this picture.

Grandpa is SO funny!

Grandma can even make eating fun! Love that smile.

Big smiles!

I love the way that Avery is looking at Grandma in this picture.

Look at all those blue eyes.

Sweetest face I have ever seen.

Hanging out while Mason plays outside.

One of the surprises was a bubble blower. This is a very cool toy because Mason LOVES bubbles.

Beautiful baby relaxing with Grandpa

Cattail Crossing. The kids got to feed geese under Grandma's watchful eye.

Checking out the water. Kids can fish at Cattail Crossing. One of the moms brought a fish to Mason to show him and he told her to put it back in the water. She was quite a sport because she did it for him.
