Gramma Shepard Back to Cody

Several months ago at Mason's Dr. appointment, the Dr. told me to let him eat by himself. Well I am taking her advice and he is loving it! This is him getting his calcium by eating chocolate pudding after lunch. Then right to the bath!

Relaxing on Sunday
Yesterday late afternoon Gramma Shepard went home. We were ALL very sad to see her head back to Cody. It was so so great to have her here. She cooked, grocery shopped, did our mending, played with Mason, held Avery, fed everyone (including the pets), diapered everyone, dishes, and even got up with Avery at night. She would also take the kids and let Todd and I have a much needed nap. She did a lot, but today it is sort of sad without being able to talk with her or see her with the kids. We just really enjoyed having her here. Another huge advantage is that her being her made the transition of having the 2 kids much easier. We weren't thrown into it, but were able to figure out how to handle 2 kids being in our household over this last week.

Todd and I are convinced that our children are in a conspiracy to keep us awake at night. Mason was up most of the night Wed and Thur, but Fri and Sat Avery has been up most of the night. The weird part is that when one kid is up the other is sleeping like an angel. Hmmm. I have to wonder if they are too small to plan this or if I am just sleep deprived enough to think this.
Party ALL night
Sleep ALL Day
