Update on the Shepards

Mason says, "Cheese" for photos now

We have had Gramma and Grampa Shepard here for a few days and it has been so nice. Carol has been cooking and helping out with the kids. She spends a lot of time holding Avery. Randy and Todd have been busy playing with Mason and doing projects around the house. Today Randy had to go home, but Carol is able to stay until Saturday.

Proud Gramma

Avery had a 2 week Dr. appointment on Monday. She is 8 lbs and 8 oz, and 21 inches long. We had to get a prescription filled for her eye. Her tear duct is not letting her eye drain properly and this was a precaution to prevent an eye infection. Other than that she is perfect! Todd and I like Avery's pediatrician so much that we have since moved Mason over to him as well. His name is Dr. Simerville and he is nothing short of thorough, intelligent, kind, and very good with children and their parents. We are obviously very fond of him.

All Stretched Out

HearAid hired a new person and we are super excited. It is actually our friend Stacie and she starts Monday. We had offered her the position before but we couldn't afford her. We have had a good year and our hard work is paying off so this opened up the option again. We wanted her because she is smart, a hard worker, motivated, dedicated, loyal, and very capable. She will no doubt be an asset to our business.

  1. I can't believe how much hair Avery has. Lucky little girl. Both your kids are super cute! What a lucky family you are.

  2. I've heard she drinks too much. Brandi and she should get along just fine.
